Ann B. Sumrall

Ann B. Sumrall has held many different titles at Nejam Properties since 2005. She first began as the Direction of Operations, Nejam Properties and has since transitioned to her new role as Director of Property Management, Nejam Properties, LLC. Ann has dedicated her professional time and energy to enhancing the properties of Waddell Nejam through her strategic planning and visionary leadership. Ann continues her professional development by holding meetings with citizens, private groups, and other community members on behalf of Nejam Properties, LLC.
