I've earned my battle scars and strange stories with a life full of new experiences. I'm an Army brat with no "hometown," but I do love Baltimore and chose to be here. I like to be around smart, unique, eccentric, funny people. Helping others makes me feel good. I enjoy a good meal or drink out, reading and movies. I live in the Hampden/Medfield neighborhood.
I'm a newlywed and very happy in my role as a partner to a very tall and kind computer person (@rayners on the twitter) and stepmother to fraternal twins Nick and William.
I adore all dogs, especially my pit bull mix Stella, and try to volunteer my time with pit bull advocacy and education.
I have been the Director of Prospect Research at the University of Baltimore since August 2014. Prior to that, I was an Associate Director of Development Research at the Johns Hopkins Institutions for 9 years. In 2013, I was Hospitality Co-Chair for the 26th Annual APRA International Conference Baltimore in August and took part in the Johns Hopkins University Leadership Development Program for 2013.
