Anne is a partner in our corporate and commercial team. Anne joined the firm from a large international legal firm and specialises in corporate transactional work including acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses, re-organisation, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures and funding/investments. Her experience includes working with SMEs and owner-managed businesses across a broad range of different industries, and also working in-house.
