Not long ago I was a semi high-powered ad exec living a jet set life and going to fantastic restaurants. Four years ago we adopted an amazing baby girl and I cut back to consulting hours and working at home. Due to her sensitivites, and our own nutty need to make things more complicated we live without processed foods, sugar or food dye. And like all other suburban moms I'm experimenting with molecular gastronomy in my spare time.
To keep myself sane I photograph and blog about my adventures in the kitchen, and trust me they are adventures. From Sous Vide Octopus to sugar-free jams I'm covering every spectrum of what's going on in food today. My goal is to create healthy and yummy food without blowing up the kitchen, getting divorced or accidentily killing someone.
