Annie Perriment

I'm a single mom with a daughter in high school. I spent most of the last 30 years as a professional writer and editor producing technical software and IT documentation and marketing materials. I also finishing my first novel, Glimmer Girl's Dance, a steampunk -themed science fiction romantic fantasy and the first book in The Absinthe Wars series. I also write urban fantasy.

I enjoy writing, editing, reading, sketching, photography, traveling by train and boat, road trips, cooking, growing herbs, singing in bands (Celtic/folk), singing madrigals, eating out, browsing in gift shops, beachcombing at low tide.

In the past I made a little money as a belly dancer and earned belts in Tae Kwon Do and Japanese Shotokan Karate.
