Hi! I‘m Annie. I’ve been baking since I was 5 years old. I’m now w-a-a-y older than that. The thing I love most about cooking is futzing around the kitchen and trying new recipes. (I’m not so big on figuring out what is for dinner every night) I have a HUGE stack of recipes I’ve been collecting over the years and have never tried. So, I am going to start trying those recipes and junk the ones that aren’t worth keeping and share the rest with you! I am also taking a page from my scientific friends and turning this blog into a lab book to detail my kitchen experiments and perfect all those new recipes I love trying. I hope that it helps someone, somewhere down the road.
