My Name is Julie Ann , I am a passionate Director of a Diagnostic company working with Physicians, Specialists, N.P'S, PA'S, CMA'S and Reps, and I will partner with and ensure the long-term success of their success.

I am responsible for developing long-term relationships with my portfolio of assigned Physician Offices, Practices, Hospitals, Clinics, Urgent Care Centers & ACO'S. I am responsible for my Reps connecting with key physicians,business executives and Hospital Executives. I am also the liaise between physicians and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the needs.

Responsibilities

· Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to her customers and independent reps

· Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting physician relationships

· Develops a trusted advisor relationship with key physicians,and physician staff

· Ensures the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

· Communicates clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external employees

· Forecasts and tracks key account metrics

· Identifies and grows opportunities within territory and collaborates with sales teams to ensure growth attainment

· Assists with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
