Hello!

I am Ann Marie Queen. I am looking for a company where we can grow and flourish together. I need to be somewhere I am trusted, valued, and free to fail forward. I ask a lot (like, a lot, a lot) of questions, because I care.

It all stems from people first, product second. Having customers that trust you and know you have their best interests in mind (truly) is worth more than anything. I love working behind the scenes to make magic happen, but I’m also comfortable on phone, email, chat, and other forms of communication!

Other than bringing a bona fide Queen to the team, I bring to the table a fresh face, and a fresh mind! I want to soak in all I can and learn how I can make a difference in the company and the customers. Once getting to know the platform, customers, and company better I’m sure I’ll generate new ideas!

Penultimately, I have determination and drive to get the job done the right way. When I don’t know the answer to something, I dig in with both hands until I can answer. I try to think of what the next five questions may be and always ask the “second question” to figure out exactly what a customer is asking for. Unless it’s extra fries. No question about that.

Finally, you’ll get someone who is passionate about people. I love knowing I made someone’s day a little brighter by helping them solve their problem. You could say I have a servants heart. Working in customer service, it is my responsibility to make my customers happy and coming back for more! I have been told I should be teaching a customer service class (on my second day!) and thanked for my genuine happiness to serve.
