A native of Chicago, Illinois, Ann benefited from a Benedictine secondary education, before earning a BA in journalism from Creighton University, an MBA in marketing from the George Washington University, and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
Ann is accredited by the International Coach Federation, a certified association executive (CAE), and a Fellow of ASAE, the Center for Association Leadership. She's married, loves life, cities and travel, and lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland, just outside Washington, DC.
