During a career that spans 22 years, Ann Sheeley has built up a formidable resume of legal accomplishments. An articulate civil litigator, Ann Sheeley has proven her ability to present a client’s position to effectively sway courtroom opinion in favor of her client. Holding an undergraduate degree in English from State University of New York at Albany, where Ann Sheeley graduated magna cum laude, and a Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law, where she ranked in the top third of her class, Ann Sheeley has handled hundreds of cases for firms in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Ann Sheeley is licensed to practice law in both states, as well as in the United States District Court for Rhode Island. Upon graduating from law school, attorney Ann Sheeley began working for J. Ronald Fishbein of Providence, Rhode Island. Ann Sheeley’s responsibilities at the law firm ranged from managing a variety of civil suits to handling contract and personal injuries cases and family law trials.

In 1992, the law offices of Robert T. Karns hired Ann Sheeley. Overseeing many cases, Ann Sheeley managed depositions, arbitrations, and mediation hearings, as well as client intake and necessary research. Prior to her role at the Law Offices of Thomas Sparks, Ann Sheeley spent two years working at the Law Offices of Donald E. Green, a civil litigation firm with offices in Boston, Roxbury, and Braintree, Massachusetts. As a lawyer for that firm, Ann Sheeley executed many cases, ranging from initial client interaction all the way to trial and final disbursement of settlement or awards to clients.
