Hi ! I am Anoushka Sinha, a Forbes India 30 Under 30 Recipient, a Diana Award honouree,social entrepreneur, a trained classical singer and a passionate human rights activist. I have been working with my community since I was ten years old and my focus has been towards helping reduce inequality, provide better learning and skilling opportunities to children, address the barriers to equal resources. I have worked with the UN, Kidsrights, GirlUp and other prominent organisations to bring to life my vision for a more equal world.
I am committed to help the community through advocacy, policy making and concrete efforts through my interdisciplinary work in social policy. I like working on tech projects that work towards finding ways to provide better and equitable resources to minorities around the world and have worked towards developing various low cost services that serve the needs for a diverse range of audiences globally.
Issues around bridging gender disparity, global health, health inequities greatly drive me towards finding solutions that are easily accessible by the general community and public and I have worked on important global health topics with organisations like the ONE, UNICEF, UNDP, UNESCO among others. My work globally has been awarded and featured on multiple platforms including NASDAQ, Times Of India and the UN.
I am also extremely passionate about finding means to impact real lives through research driven work and have worked on various interdisciplinary research projects focusing on gender equality and equal access to education and healthcare.
When I am not studying or working in a lab, rallying or lobbying the Capitol hill I find myself engaging in learning and creating new music in studios, which I again use to fundraise for the education of children, fostering dogs,and going on mindful hikes.
