Anphia is an experienced psychologist, human resources practitioner, coach and learning and development specialist.

She held senior roles in HR and Learning and Development before embarking on her consulting career.

As co-founder and equity partner of a Management Consultancy and Registered Training Organisation, Anphia was responsible for the strategic direction of the organisation, business development and operations management. She led a team of consultants and worked with organisations and leaders across a diverse range of industries in the areas of organisational culture and leadership development, coaching, team effectiveness and wellbeing.

Anphia offers powerful insights into adult behaviour change and experience in the design and delivery of targeted learning programs to help leaders refine their skills, adopt effective strategies to drive team and organisational performance and use their platform to promote wellbeing in their teams and organisations.

She is a perceptive facilitator and coach whose processes promote deep engagement, improved thinking, collaboration and self-directed change.

Anphia holds a Master of Organisational Psychology, Master of NLP and Certificate IV in workplace learning. She is a certified Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument practitioner and an accredited user of the Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey.

More recently, Anphia completed a Yoga Teachers Diploma, studied meditation and mindfulness and invested time in her family and personal wellbeing.

She now wants to help leaders and organisations to improve both wellbeing and performance through effective learning and change initiatives.
