Anshul Singhal

Anshul Singhal, Welspun One CEO, has over 15 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure. He founded One Industrial Spaces in 2019, which was backed by the Welspun Group and later rebranded as Welspun One. Under his leadership, the company launched a 110-acre warehousing facility in Bhiwandi and introduced India's first warehousing AIF. Anshul Singhal has also held key positions at Warburg Pincus, Brookfield-backed firms and was at the helm of Embassy Industrial Parks.
