To uninstall a printer on Windows 10, go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners. Select the printer you want to remove, click Remove device, and confirm. For full removal, open Control Panel > Devices and Printers, delete the printer, then go to Print Server Properties > Drivers and remove its driver under the Drivers tab.
