I lead distribution strategy and operations at Atlanta Life Insurance Company, where I focus on how organizations grow, scale performance, and operate with consistency. My work is not just about designing strategy—it’s about building the structure behind it. That includes how teams are recruited, developed, measured, and supported to perform at a high level.

My approach is grounded in full lifecycle execution. I started in production, where performance is measured in real time. From there, I moved into product and system design, then into implementation. Today, I operate across design, execution, and continuous improvement—ensuring the systems I build don’t just exist, but actually work.

More recently, my work has expanded into institutional strategy, including HBCU endowment frameworks and access-driven initiatives. The focus is the same: build systems that hold, scale, and create long-term opportunity.

I’m interested in one thing above all—whether the system works. If it does, everything else follows.
