Birth Talk Antenatal Education was set up to provide evidence-based education to tomorrow's antenatal educators. I am a qualified Midwife with many years of experience, a registered Fedant Antenatal Teacher, and a Clinical Assessor and Tutor. I have cared for hundreds of new parents and I would love to share my years of experience and knowledge to help prepare to teach people about their journey to parenthood. For hundreds of thousands of years, women have been having babies, simple! Although times have changed significantly, the act of giving birth has remained unchanged and thankfully, there has never been a safer time to have a baby. However, birth has become such a complex issue with tv and social media sensationalising what should be a calm and private experience. Birth can be unpredictable and there is no such thing as the perfect birth, just the right birth for you. Birth Talk Education will give you the skills and knowledge to help women feel more confident about their choices, and allow them to feel more in control of whatever experiences they have.
