As a singer by profession Anthea Coker belonged to a non-denominational church in the UK where she was born and bread. From her teenage years of fifteen she led a choir of about 20 people in her local church. From here Anthea had the opportunity to perform at other grounds in different clubs and venues within the UK bringing her into contact with the all famours 10 Room in the heart of the West End, Piccadilly Circus where she became a prominent singing member on Monday nights open stage. Anthea's interest in music grew into a tenacious passion bringing her into contacts with some of the worlds greatest singers and musicians whom she qualified to share the same stage with. Anthea now juggles between the UK and Ghana where her family originates from. Back in Ghana Anthea is highly involved in vocal coaching where she has had the opportunity to train the Stars of the future contestants, Church choirs and school choirs, she has to her credit the Pitch Vocal training CD, Pitch Singing manual and a complete whole album of sixteen song all written by herself and currently being played and sold on the internet ( via www.overplay.com).
