Anthi Argyriou was born in Thessaloniki, Greece in 1983. She studied Archaeology and Art History in Aristotle University and holds a Master of Arts in Cultural Analysis from the University of Amsterdam.

She has participated in organizing and curating exhibitions in museums and art galleries, as well as in planning and coordinating educational programs and conferences.

She is particularly interested in interdisciplinary artistic projects engaging with social, political and theoretical discourses and her essays focus on the intersections of contemporary art, philosophy and political sciences.

She has been a member of the team of Action Field Kodra contemporary art festival in Kalamaria, Thessaloniki since 2011, while as of 2014 she is one of the main curators & coordinators of the festival.
