Greater Chicago Area, Illinois, United States
Thank you for visiting my page!
My name is Anthony Nunez, I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and have ventured my way to the Chicago metropolitan area to attend Elmhurst College. Not knowing a soul in the state of Illinois allowed me to gain knowledge and experience in the networking field. I have a strong passion for the game of baseball; I have been playing since I was a child and love the emphasis placed on teamwork. During my free time I like to spend quality time with family, listen to music, and enjoy life with friends. I enjoy meeting new people and building relationships with professionals from all different walks of life. I live by a quote my mother instilled in me as a child “If you fail to set you set to fail” which is why I am forever setting goals for myself to strive towards. I am a strong believer in “personal growth”; there is always room for growth no matter how much expertise one might have.
I will be graduating January 2015 with a degree in Business Marketing. I am interested in obtaining a marketing position, offering creativity and critical thinking skills to generate innovative ideas and gain industry experience. One might wonder why I chose to be a marketing professional, here are a few reasons:
Marketing is a way of life. No matter what type of job or industry one is a part of, one is constantly marketing themselves. Marketing plays an essential role in all aspects of life; communication and relationship building are essential to our everyday lives. There is only one first impression and one must always be prepared to market oneself.
Marketing gives one the ability to change the world one relationship at a time. As marketing professionals we are continuously searching for new and innovative ways to inform people about life changing products/ services. I enjoy being able to look around and notice how a product/service makes peoples’ lives more efficient.
Please feel free to reach out to me if I can be of any help to you or if you have an idea you’d like my opinion on. I am always open to meeting new people and helping others.
