Anthony has over 13 years of IT leadership experience ranging from helpdesk services to financial compliance and complex business transactions through acquisitions and divestments.
Anthony began his GE career in 1998 with End User Computing, where he provided helpdesk support to Corporate employees. In 2000 he moved into a Systems Analyst role with the Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) providing web development support. This role soon grew to include the Corporate Business Development and Six Sigma teams. In March 2004 he became the IT Controller and Divestures Leader for GE Corporate, managing SOX IT 404 compliance and company-wide M&A activities.
Anthony’s most notable transactions include: IPO of GE Financial Insurance to create Genworth (2.6B) 2004, Sale of GECIS to General Atlantic Partners and Oak Hill capital to create Genpact (2004), Sale of GE Reinsurance to SwissRe (6.8B) 2005, Sale of GE Advance Materials to Apollo (3.6B) 2006, Sale of GE Plastics to Sabic (11.6B) 2007, Sale of Japanese Consumer Finance to Shinsei Bank (5.4B) 2008, Sale of GE Security to United Technologies (1.8B) 2010, Sale of 51% of NBC to Comcast (13.6B) 2010, Sale of 49% of NBC to Comcast (18.1B) 2013
