Anthony received his Ph.D. in musicology from the University of Western Ontario in June, 2013. He holds an undergraduate degree in music (cello performance and composition) from Acadia University. In 2005 he completed a Master of Music in composition at the University of Southern Maine where he studied with Mark Scearce, Elliott Schwartz, and Daniel Sonenberg. His current research in mashups elided with concurrent research interests in Glenn Gould's Solitude Trilogy radio documentaries.
