I'm happiest when I'm hard at work, speaking with people and helping others. i'm experienced working as part of a team , in warehouses and care environments. I also work on my own as a painter and decorator. I enjoy challenges at work and nothing is too demanding; if a job has to be done it will get done! I am eager to learn new skills. I am also willing to work nights.

I am active in a wide range of physical sports but mainly football and rugby.

I enjoy being outside for example taking long walks with my dog and playing sports.
