Anthony Fontana

Anthony Fontana is the User Experience (UX) Design Leader at Owens Corning. As a designer, he has worked as User Experience (UX) & Graphic Design Lead at GE Capital and designed a number of applications for web and mobile. Anthony specializes in Agile/Lean UX teams and methodologies including: user research, interaction design, and usability testing. His latest creation is a mobile app game called Brick or Break.

Anthony formerly worked as a Learning Technologist and an Instructor of Art at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. His pedagogical research involved the importance of divergent methodologies in the classroom, such as play and failure, integrative teaching strategies, and educational technology applications that optimize learning outcomes by providing channels of content transfer most familiar to the student.This work led to the creation of a social learning environment web application.

As an artist, Anthony has exhibited and performed throughout the Midwest and in Europe. He is the author of an original online graphic novel, THE DOGS. Anthony lives in Toledo and studies the Zen with teachers at the Great Heartland Buddhist Temple of Toledo.
