There are many experiences that I have gone through along with things I hope for my future that are the exact reasons why I am the way that I am today. “Tomorrow isn't promised” is a phrase that I have come to find has many powerful ways to influence my life. I feel that when I was younger it was a way to remind my friends and I that we were so young, that anything could happen. A way to never be too down as everything always blows over and that nothing is permanent. However, now I feel that this phrase has taken on a completely different meaning. Good or bad, enjoy every moment you are given on this earth as you are not guaranteed or promised another moment here. Truly anything can happen and although you can take that as a reason to try and be as grateful and happy as you can. There is also a way to appreciate all emotions that you can experience. More importantly that you are present and care enough to feel these feelings. I think I live by a completely different moto now and I am forever grateful for the simplest things that I was not able to express when I was younger.
