Anthony Hoskins is a longtime Dearborn, Michigan, auto manufacturing executive who guides Ford Motor Company’s manufacturing and vehicle operations as director. He has experience with Ford extending to the early 1990s. Before working for the company in Michigan, he was a lean manufacturing manager at Ford’s Atlanta assembly plant, where he achieved the Silver quality award for the Taurus. Anthony Hoskins’ efforts also enabled the plant to earn Most Improved North American Assembly Plant in Lean Manufacturing Implementation recognition.
Anthony Hoskins subsequently joined the Chicago assembly plant and directed significant facility upgrades spanning vehicle assembly instrumentation and a state-of-the-art flexible body shop. Joining Ford’s Dearborn truck plant in 2009, he implemented the company’s sustainable manufacturing strategy in production of the top-selling Ford F-150. He managed three crews in a lean, flexible production environment.
Outside of work, he maintains a strong community presence and serves on the Horatio Williams Foundation Board of Directors. He also enjoys cycling and golfing in his free time.
