For as long as he can remember, baseball has been his entire life. As a young baseball fan, Anthony James Paulsey found himself inspired by greats like Ken Griffey Jr. of the Seattle Mariners and Barry Bonds of the San Francisco Giants. These two legendary players have motivated Paulsey in more ways than one; the most significant push being in his professional life. The athlete turned personal trainer previously played baseball throughout his education. Although he still dreams of making it big and going pro one day, for now he’s happy to play baseball for his local men’s recreational league in Northern California. Paulsey specializes in sports clinic style personal training programs, which keep him athletic and up at the plate!
