There lessons structure is based on a time limit where as being a private teacher I've adopted more of a Golfer friendly approach. As in all structured businesses everything relies on time. In my experience that is very stressful considering everyone learns at a different pace. That goes for Golfers of all handicaps aswell so I came up with a simple solution. Each one hour lesson is broken down to the students handicap aswell as his or hers experience with course management. Sounds like alot to get to all in one hour. Well it is. Especially if the student is not receiving the full attention of the instructor which unfortunately is close to impossible for a head or assistanthe Golf Pro at a busy Golf course. It's frustrating for the teacher and un fair for the student. Where the benefits go both ways for the private teacher. He concentrates 100% to his student which leads to more reps faster muscle memory and quicker results.
