An experienced executive in commercial real estate, Anthony E. Westreich oversees investment and property management as chairman and CEO of New York City's Monday Properties. He took on this role in 2004 as the purchaser of Max Capital Management Corporation, which he had previously served for two years as president. In this position, Anthony E. Westreich oversaw all asset and property management functions including construction, development, and leasing.

Since founding Monday Properties, Mr. Westreich has facilitated more than 27 million square feet in transactions and has overseen the leasing of more than 9 million square feet of office property. He currently oversees a high-profile portfolio of commercial properties, including 230 Park Avenue in Manhattan and 1101 Wilson Boulevard in Rosslyn, Virginia. Focused on driving value for investors, he strives to facilitate growth through strategic purchase and sales. Mr. Westreich concentrates primarily on long-term acquisitions with keen attention to market performance, risk mitigation, and upside/downside ratios.

A graduate of Harvard Business School's Owner/President Management Program, Anthony Westreich contributes to his professional community as a member of the Young Presidents' Organization. He also takes an active role with several prominent nonprofit organizations, including Mt. Sinai Hospital and Lincoln Center.
