Maryland-based Anthony Wright is a former principal analyst for Modern Technology Solutions Incorporated in Alexandria, Virginia. One of his projects was a radio frequency sensor and software project for the US Navy. Mr. Wright is presently completing a certificate program in data science at Georgetown University in Washington, DC.

Mr. Wright has spent almost a decade in the software industry. Prior to that, he served 20 years in the US Navy.

He earned his bachelor of arts in building construction from the University of Florida. He also has two master’s degrees: one from George Washington University in Washington, DC, where he studied organizational management, and one from the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island, where he studied national security and strategic studies.

He joined the US Navy in 1991, serving as a fighter pilot for ten years. During this time, he participated in combat missions and earned numerous awards for his service. Afterward, he rose to become a requirements officer, training instructor, and commanding officer in the Navy.

After leaving the service, Mr. Wright applied his leadership skills to civilian life. He worked as the senior group manager at Ausley Associates Incorporated, a software development company in Lexington Park, Maryland. His responsibilities included overseeing many large-scale technology and software projects for the US Navy. After five years in the software development industry, he moved to Modern Technology Solutions Incorporated.
