Anthony Zandonatti didn't build Fiber Stream by following the playbook — there wasn't one.

After two seasons on the mound at Santa Barbara City College, Anthony took the same discipline baseball demands and poured it into building something from scratch. No venture backing. No corporate parent. Just a conviction that multifamily property owners were getting a bad deal from the big ISPs — and a belief that infrastructure should belong to the people who own the building.

Today, as CEO and Founder of Fiber Stream WiFi, he's turned that conviction into a company operating across 30+ markets nationwide. Fiber Stream deploys enterprise-grade, fiber-backed WiFi infrastructure for multifamily communities — converting a cost center into $30–50 per door in monthly revenue, with the infrastructure sitting on the owner's balance sheet as a depreciable asset.
