Antigha Ita, a Nigerian National from Cross River State, doubles as the Executive Consultant/Partner with Anesfrill Consulting Limited, an Education Consulting Company and also as Chief Executive/Managing Director of Bloomfilled Integrated Services, a business consortium with diversified business interest. Prior to his current engagement, he was Head of Knowledge Management Department with After School Peer Mentoring Programme, now After School Center for Career Development (ACCD) between November 2010 - October 2011 and later joined The Bridge Leadership Foundation, a leadership/mentoring foundation as a programs staff between November 2011 - September 2013. Antigha holds a Bachelors Degree in Educational Administration & Planning/Economics from the University of Calabar and a Masters Degree in Educational Administration from University of Lagos. He has well over 13 years experience in Administration/Management within the private sector as well as the Public sector. As an ardent Management Personnel and Consultant, he has special interest in Human Resources Development/Management, Public Administration and Human Capital Development and Educational/Leadership Development. He is a Graduate Member, Institute of Public Management Nigeria, and Associate, Chartered Institute of Administration Nigeria. His hobbies include but not limited to sports especially football, traveling, teaching/learning, networking as well as reading/research/documentation. He is the author of an inspiring literature "Service Beyond Leadership" and has published many academic papers both in Local and International Journals. He is the Founder of Education, Leadership & Entrepreneurship Forum (ELEF) and also the President/Founder of Basic Education Endowment Foundation. Antigha is a philanthropist and a member of Rotary International as a Rotarian.
