I am Anthony Davids Mbaka, a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and systems strategist committed to transformative development and sustainable growth. I hold a BA in International Relations & Diplomacy from USIU-A and am certified in Flour Milling Operations from The Africa Milling School. These qualifications have equipped me with a unique blend of academic rigor, technical expertise, and operational excellence.

Throughout my career, I have held key roles at Chandaria Industries, Bingwa (Grainden) Flour Mills, and Roy Hauliers, where I sharpened my skills in resource management, operational efficiency, and strategic execution. These experiences have shaped my ability to build accountable, scalable systems that deliver real results.

As the founder of Davids Travel House, I have demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership and innovative problem-solving, showing that disciplined planning and execution can drive impact at scale.

Guided by the philosophy “Kazi Si Maneno | Leadership That Delivers,” I am committed to creating responsive, transparent, and results-driven systems in Muthwani Ward. My goal is to ensure that every resident benefits from smart infrastructure, economic opportunities, and accountable leadership. With deep empathy for the everyday realities of residents and a clear vision for unlocking Muthwani’s potential.

My leadership journey is anchored in a spiritual revelation from Deuteronomy 27–30, especially Deuteronomy 30:19 — “The Decision Set Before Me.”
I believe the season of financial dryness I have walked through is not a sign of defeat — it is a season of alignment, preparation, and sharpening. God has been teaching me discipline, obedience, excellence, and purpose.
I have chosen the path of responsibility, faithfulness, and leadership that honours God and serves people.
