French engineer, graduated in 2005 in Information System and Telecom from Technical University of Troyes (France) and Technical University of Tallinn (Estonia.).

Joined Skype in 2005 to organise and launch the first Developer program, then in charge of strategic platform partner at Skype based out of Estonia, UK then Luxembourg.

In 2014, joined the United Nations World Food Programme under the patronage of the Government of Luxembourg to accelerate Inter Agency cluster with their Digital Strategy for Emergency Telecommunications (Rome, Italy).

Since 2017, working at Famoco (fast growing French Startup) leading the team supporting the Development Aids Agencies and NGOs with their Services to communities (Financial Inclusion, Digital Identity, Secured Transactions).
