Anton Alexander Palmer is a property investor, developer and supported-living operator, based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

He took a BSc in Medical Biochemistry at the University of Birmingham and qualified through the Chartered Insurance Institute during four years in financial services at Lloyds Bank between 1998 and 2002, before moving into property and care.

He has led both sides as Managing Director and Principal Investor since 2002, working across England and Scotland. He has built and sold businesses on both the operating and the property side of supported living.

His Cotswolds strategic land programme began in January 2026 and runs to 2030, on sites within Green Belt and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty designations. He is also acquiring a group of CQC-regulated care businesses.

He holds Chartered Manager Fellow status with the Chartered Management Institute and a postgraduate certificate in Strategy, Leadership and Change from the University of Bristol, and is a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors candidate on the executive accelerated pathway. He is studying for an MSc in Major Programme Management at Oxford's Saïd Business School.
