Antonella Mignacca

After attending a course on “Food Design Experience” at the Politecnico of Milan, I started my own research in Food and Eating design. In 2012 I founded Into the Food, my personal project that started as a research blog and now it's a professional designer studio that create food or eating design project for private and public events, branding and communication project for food products and companies.

"I believe food is not only there so that we can survive. Eating is an experience, many rituals accompany them. Eating is an experience to which we ascribe emotions and meanings that all often surpass the food itself".
