Antonella Gisonna
pastry chef and tecnico per la sostenibilità nella filiera food in Torino, Italy
Hi, I am Antonella, I am 55 years old, born and live in Turin. I am married and have 2 children aged 26 and 21. I have a diploma as a socio-health technician, but I am a pastry chef, because I have an inordinate passion for everything related to cooking and food in general. So I studied cooking, and I majored in pastry design.
I define myself (and I do) as a positive, proactive, decisive and optimistic person (and also talkative),but above all I am curious and love new challenges.
I am now attending a course to become a Technician for sustainability in the food supply chain, because I am an avid believer that we all need to work together for a better world. Sustainability is a process to be created and walked through, and I am trying to learn and learn new skills that will allow me to increase my know-how.
My free time is spent with my family and reading books, I love the sea and the feeling of protection it gives me, the sound of the waves crashing on the beach is what I identify as "home," my perfect place in the world.
My mission? To make your most important, happy and unforgettable moments with my sweets, but at the same time make our planet a more than sustainable place.
