I practice two methods of achieving peace of mind and inner harmony. As the Course of Miracles offers, 'therapy can alleviate suffering and open the door to peace of mind." As an additional and an independent method of oening the door to peace of mind, I have created Art as Meditation. It is a process which diminishes the struggle for non-thought in approaching meditation. It frees one from resistance commonly experienced in meditation or art. Art as Meditation has a cummulative effect and can make more traditional methods of meditation easily accessible.
