Entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build Tipico Group's strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

Having joined the European division of Serco in early 2012, I led the transition of its Space business from an agency-led siloed model to an independent centralized in-house service.

I later joined M+M Group to replicate the challenge in a different industry and different geographies, helping the company reduce its cost per hire while exploring alternative tools & model.

Since October 2017 I lead Tipico's recruitment structure and processes, with immediate increase in adoption of new technology and process changes to bring down time to hire and reduce cost.
