Antonio Buscemi teaches at an English University. He gave up making things interesting some time ago. No one noticed.
He began to write the Bad Dad series of Git Lit books to make a cheap political point and to impress his children (who now wish to remain anonymous.) He occasionally makes money inventing pseudonyms and selling narcotics to Columbians.
The World According to Guy is the first book in a series of comic novels taking place in Whitstable, Kent, and was written exclusively between the hours of 10pm and 5am during nappy changing marathons.
The second book in the git lit series is Guy Faults. This lifts the lid on health visitors of the Third Reich, evolutionary psychology and the purpose of men in the new century (there isn't one).
The third book, The Demise of Guy, describes Guy Shambles' fall from grace, or at least, higher education. There are more git lit books planned. After these books, Antonio will emigrate.
He is currently completing a short novel While There Is Still Time, the tale of a kleptomaniac Polish postman in search of true love beside the azure Thames Estuary, told through letters to legendary Tom Waits. It will be completed in early 2015.
Antonio has also written two collections of poetry.
