Hi! For over 20 years I have been involved in various projects in Puerto Rico using Geographic Information Systems. Some examples are Land Use Planning, Natural Hazard Mitigation, Marketing Studies, Geographic Education, Field Surveys, and Web Mapping Applications. In 2004 I formed Geoinformática, Inc. to provide high quality GIS and Planning services across the island of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.
It is my business to keep prices accesible and keep my clients happy. To do this, I use a combination of open source and low cost software, flexibility, and a lot of creativity.
