My passion for design brought me to creative agencies selling and project managing a range of digital services. I have strong experience in managing digital marketing, design and build, user experience and digital strategy projects. My experience stretches across many industries having managed clients such as Hyundai, Infiniti, Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Mazda and many other auto makers.
With a long and varied career I have acquired a wide range of diverse skills. My key talent, which I apply in whatever I do, is being a great problem solver. Whether dealing with internal team conflicts, solving GUI issues, getting a customer to sign a contract or squashing a software bug, I have an innate ability to quickly analyze a problem and break it down into components, and then synthesize and implement an effective solution.
From my years in design, marketing, and sales in large organizations I have learned how to be an effective communicator - both as a speaker and writer. I also came to understand that success requires one to take a customer perspective and focus on people more than technology. I apply these skills when I need to do a usability testing on a product or lead a team meeting or report to management about project progress and pitfalls. I have learned that success means delivering working software that meets customer needs. By focusing on that criterion I consistently deliver successful projects on time and on budget.
I have a Bachelor of Commerce and also hold a Diploma in SAP- FICO. I have also completed design and photography courses at Image Institute.
Outside of work, I love studying Urban Spaces, Reading Autobiographies. Plus I love going to the cinema and catching up with friends.
