I am a learning architect with over 13 years of experience in designing learning solutions. Throughout my career span, I have partnered with several Fortune 500 organizations conduct training needs analysis, identify business needs, and design custom learning solutions to address those needs. With an extensive exposure to instructional design methodologies and content development tools, I have managed several learning projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. I also carry a rich experience in setting up projects – analyzing and capturing requirements, defining project goals, conducting risk assessment, creating risk mitigation and quality plans, and defining goals for project teams.

In the current role, my key responsibilities span across a wide range of functions – ensuring the effectiveness of learning solutions and mapping to specific business needs, supporting Sales team in acquiring new customers and designing new learning models and frameworks, in line with the market trends with an aspiration to create market trends.

My key interest lies in the area of overall consulting and solutioning to ensure the effectiveness, quality, and on-time and on-budget implementation of trainings.

My specialties include solution design, instructional design, curriculum design, training needs analysis, pre-sales, project setup, project management, learning design, organizational development, and training evaluation at all levels, including ROE and ROI calculation
