With over 20 years of experience across pharma, IT, telecom, automobile, and manufacturing, I specialize in building impactful learning ecosystems that blend instructional design, digital innovation, and business strategy. Currently heading Learning and Leadership Development at Aurobindo Pharma, I lead initiatives that empower frontline professionals to CXOs through structured capability-building programs.

I hold an MBA from TASMAC and certifications in Instructional Design, Project Management, and emerging areas like Prompt Engineering, AI in Learning, and Adaptive Learning Design. I’m also a Copilot Champion, having delivered global sessions on leveraging generative AI tools in L&D.

My journey began in classroom training and account management, evolved into eLearning and visual storyboarding at Tech Mahindra, and matured into leading end-to-end learning functions in pharma giants like Mylan and Novartis.

From designing whisper learning strategies and gamified case-based learning for shop floor qualification to coaching leaders on succession planning — my approach is deeply grounded in adult learning principles, instructional science, and a passion for making learning engaging, inclusive, and business-relevant.
