With over a decade of experience in IT support and infrastructure roles, I am now transitioning into modern Microsoft endpoint administration with a strong focus on Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, endpoint security, and MD-102 Endpoint Administrator skills.

My background in technical support, troubleshooting, system administration, Linux, networking, and security fundamentals gives me a strong foundation for managing and securing modern workplace environments. I am currently building hands-on Intune labs that cover device enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployment, BYOD management, compliance policies, Conditional Access, BitLocker, Microsoft Defender Antivirus, Windows Firewall, and endpoint security baselines.

Through my GitHub projects and WordPress blog at anupmoitra.com, I document practical labs, troubleshooting steps, screenshots, and beginner-friendly tutorials. My goal is to simplify complex Microsoft 365 and endpoint management concepts for learners, IT professionals, and anyone moving into modern workplace administration.
