Anuradha currently works as a Partner Relations Manager at Sokrati where she works with the SMB team. At her last stint, she worked as a Global Solution Manager at Scaale Capital where she helped startups & companies around the world get ready to launch, raise funds, grow, and exit.

She has also worked at DSP Blackrock Mutual Fund as an Assistant Marketing Manager and handled the loyalty programmes as well as various digital initiatives. She has earned her MBA (marketing) from the SP Jain School of Global Management.

Prior to her MBA, she worked for ~6 years with Google India as an Account Manager, handling North American advertisers from the Healthcare and Retail verticals where her communication skills and team spirit were acknowledged and awarded by 8 peers globally.

Her career till date has trained her to develop analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative) and she has demonstrated strong multitasking abilities with Sokrati, DSP BlackRock and Google entrusting her with multiple responsibilities from training, interviewing, industry research, creation of sales collateral, people management to client management.

Anuradha's background in interacting constantly with customers as well as her exposure across geographies equip her to help understand an organization’s stakeholder’s requirements and help her develop strategies to add more value.
