Anwar Faisal

Hi, I’m Anwar Faisal, the owner of Alpha Management Corporation in Boston, Massachusetts. I was born in the Gaza Strip, Palestine, and later studied at Ain Shams University in Egypt before earning a master’s degree in communications from Boston University. I started my career in Saudi Arabia’s construction industry before entering real estate in Boston in 1984 with the purchase of a small one-bedroom apartment. Over the years, I expanded that investment into a large residential portfolio across Greater Boston, with a focus on housing near local universities. My work has centered on helping domestic and international students navigate the rental process. Outside of business, I support charitable, educational, and community organizations throughout the Boston area.
