Anya De Marie, M.A.

Oakland, California

I am a dancer and educator deeply passionate about women and girls' psychology and development, transformational education, reclaiming culture and healing from rape culture.

I teach in a pioneering program for transformative woman-centered education and research, the Women's Spirituality M. A. program.

I perform rumba esquina and flamenco in the Bay Area and internationally, as well as use movement in my girls' leadership classes to empower girls with life strategies and the courage to represent true beauty.
