Anya Moschetti

Anya Moschetti is a partner at a private equity investment firm, a commercial real estate syndicator, a broker, a writer, a speaker, and an advocate for empowering women in business.

Having started her career as a compliance auditor, Anya quickly realized that while working with numbers would always be her passion, accounting offered only a one-sided outlet for her skills.

Being primarily results-driven, Anya found her perfect match in financial analysis and wealth-building advisory. Work in commercial real estate, especially syndication, has given her the right environment for taking exciting, ambitious projects from their visionary stage and all the way to their completion. As someone who loves order and beauty, Anya finds fulfillment in elegant execution and completing projects.

Originally from Ukraine, Anya comes from a line of engineers and economists. She graduated summa cum laude with M.S. in International Economics from Donetsk National Technical University, Ukraine and holds an M.A. in Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. She studied accounting at UCLA and earned her CPA certification in 2010.

Anya is a modern Renaissance woman, who enjoys a variety of hobbies, from painting, to creating lavish desserts, to dancing. Anya credits a lot of her tenacity to eight years of ballet school.

Anya is a proud mom to two sensational little boys, who are a constant reminder of the importance of living in the moment and building a legacy that her kids will be proud of.
