Rachel Anyanwu

Rachel Adaeze Anyanwu is the Team lead at Cosco Welding and fabrications Ltd, and was named CSED Top outstanding Executive in her role as the Executive Director, Center for Strategic Enterprise Development (CSED) - Department for Business Digitization and Funding Access, in 2023. She is passionate about human capital development and mental/emotional health advocacy and loves to speak on branding, communication and leading team strategy sessions.
Her over 12 years career cuts across the educational, legal, Non-Governmental, Human resource, technical and consultancy sectors in Nigeria.
She has a background in Computer Science, is a Basic NLP practitioner, holds a Honoris 21st Century Soft Skills Certificate that covers Behavioral Intelligence, Critical thinking, Communication, collaboration and Entrepreneurship. She is an Alumni of the Tony Elumelu Alumni Entrepreneurship Program.
She enjoys volunteering for non-profits, takes out free time to teach sex-education to teens in secondary schools, has fun playing lawn tennis and is fascinated by the possibility of a world where everyone around her is living fully and achieving their goals limitlessly.
