I am a strong, experienced HR generalist who is seeking a new role as a Human Resources Manager in north west England. I am an excellent relationship builder, can hit the ground running and have had extensive exposure to many diverse industry sectors. A self-starter, with a strong work ethic, motivated and innovative, I add value to the HR function and would be an asset to any organisation. I am a 'hands on' operational Human Resources professional who is adaptable, flexible and able to fit into any culture or environment. I am a champion of best practice, and have set up Human Resources functions from scratch, and have in my career been successful in obtaining ISO9001 and Investors in People accreditation. Able to deal with employee relations issues as well as write policies and procedures, I am a multi skilled and talented Human Resources professional. I can offer strategic direction to your business and act as a true business partner, understanding the needs of your business and helping it achieve its aims and objectives. Five years as a professional Human Resources interim has given me exposure to many different fields and I have had the opportunity to work on specialist projects such as pay and reward, TUPE, redundancy, restructuring and change management, in public, private and not for profit sectors. I have excellent people and personal interaction skills and am warm and approachable, but am unafraid to challenge when it is necessary. I pride myself in keeping up to date with Human Resources and employment law changes and have mentored HR teams with great success in the past.
